If you are unhappy with the fit or style of a garment, it would be our pleasure to exchange it for the correct size or a different color or style within 30 days of order fulfillment.
To start your authorized return, please visit our EXCHANGE PORTAL with your order # and the zip code associated with the order. Follow the step-by-step instructions.
We provide a complimentary prepaid shipping label for EXCHANGES.
NOTE: The EXCHANGE PORTAL will generate a prepaid shipping label and return form.
- Repackage garments you wish to exchange in a secure shipping package along with the Exchange Form. Diamond Cross shipping bags can be reused for returning garments.
- As soon as we receive the package, our team will take care of the rest, but the Exchange Form must be included in the package.
- We will need a little time to process your exchange. But as a rule, you typically don’t have to wait more than 10 working days (once we receive your item) to have the replacement item shipped out to you.
- Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items received in any other condition will be discarded and no refund or exchange will be issued.
- No exchanges or returns after 30 days.
Diamond Cross Ranch is not responsible for lost, misrouted, or damaged returns.
OLINE RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns on orders within 30 days of order fulfillment.
Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returned items received in any other condition will be discarded and no refund or exchange will be issued.
While we provide the return label, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund. Please note, there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns of $300 or more. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
If your item is returned to us with dirt, debris (i.e. deodorant, excessive pet hair, etc.), or odor (i.e. fragrance, smoke), the item(s) will be discarded and no refund will be issued. Items must be in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition; no exceptions to this policy.
Your original method of payment will be credited for the original item price plus any applicable taxes. We do not refund any shipping charges.

- We will need a little time to process your return. But as a rule, you typically don’t have to wait more than 21 working days to have your money refunded.
- Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returned items received in any other condition will be discarded and no refund or exchange will be issued.
- No returns or exchanges after 30 days for any reason.

STORE RETURNS (JACKSON HOLE FLAGSHIP)
We want you to love what you bought, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
- Items bought at our flagship store can only be returned or exchanged in-person at the store.
- Items purchased online must be returned or exchanged through our website.
Because we manage separate inventory for our store and our online shop, we’re unable to process returns or exchanges across the two systems.
In-store purchases are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, as long as items are unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached.
We work hard to be fair and consistent for all our customers, so we kindly ask for your understanding that we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For shipments outside the US, select “International Shipping” at checkout. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that the customer is responsible for paying the local country's import duties at time of delivery. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
International shipments are non-refundable. If you have questions about international shipping, please contact us for more information prior to ordering.
AN ITEM WAS MISSING OR INCORRECT
If you have received a incorrect item, please immediately contact hello@diamondcrossranch.com Please include your order number in the subject line, and attach a photo of the wrong item you received. Photos of packaging and the packing slips may also be requested depending on the claim.
